When we started Trail Boss Tours in 1993, our number one goal was to offer the best off-road adventures available. Over the years we have made great strides, improving our rides to make them even better, and increasing the variety of adventures we offer.

To ensure you have a fun, safe and enjoyable vacation, we offer the newest fleet of Yamaha WR 450 and 250 motorcycles that are owned and professionally maintained by Trail Boss Tours. These are machines that you can count on during a ride in the vast expanse of Baja.

We employ an experienced staff that are the best you can find, that know where to ride, with thousands of miles logged in south of the border. We carry satellite phones and radios on every ride with emergency access to Medevac services.

Our support trucks are rolling workshops complete with all the tools, snacks and fuel, you will ever need. And with our 4X4 diesel truck we have room for a friend that you may want to bring along for a 4 wheel adventure!

Nancy Emde comes from a long line of motorcyclists. Grandfather Joe Emde raced dirt track in the early 1900's and owned a motorcycle shop in southern California. Nancy's Dad, Floyd Emde is an AMA Hall of Fame racing Legend and winner of the 1948 Daytona 200.

Chris Steward was brought into the world in 57, a southern California boy from the beginning. Brought up in the foothills above Los Angeles in a town called La Canada, adventure became a part of his life. Between playing in the mountains and growing up on the sailboats his family raced, he and his family were always on the road (or at the time on the water).
